Welcome to itsmrg.com (the “Site”), operated by Eastvilla Music LLC (“MRG,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use the Site, join our email or text list, or buy anything from us. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or join our list. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only make purchases or book a video call with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. MRG’s music and content
All music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, photos, videos, logos, the “MRG” name and branding, and other content on the Site are owned by MRG or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and stream content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, re-upload, sell, remix for commercial release, or publicly perform it without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t: break the law using the Site; submit false information or someone else’s contact details; send spam, harassment, hate speech or threats; try to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the Site or its security; use bots to buy up tickets, call slots or limited items; or resell tickets or calls in violation of these Terms. We may block access or cancel orders that break these rules.
4. What you send us
If you send us messages, booking requests, ideas or other material, you confirm you have the right to send it. We are not obligated to keep unsolicited ideas confidential or to pay for them, and sending us song ideas, beats or lyrics doesn’t create any collaboration or ownership agreement unless we sign one in writing.
5. Purchases
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless noted. Sales tax, shipping and any customs duties are shown at checkout or charged by your country on delivery.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method. Stripe’s own terms also apply.
- Order acceptance. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, there was a pricing error, or we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
- Refunds, returns and shipping are covered in our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.
- Promo codes have no cash value, can’t be combined unless stated, and may expire.
- Chargebacks. If there’s a problem, please contact us first — we’ll make it right. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may lead us to cancel related downloads, tickets or calls.
6. Digital music
When you buy a download, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to the music for your own non-commercial use, on your own devices, forever. You don’t get ownership of the copyright, and you may not share, upload, sell, broadcast, or use the music in videos, ads or other projects without a separate license. Download links work for 30 days and a limited number of times; if you have trouble, contact us and we’ll help.
7. Merch
Some merch is printed on demand by our partner Printful after you order. Colors may look slightly different than on your screen, and sizing can vary — check the size details before ordering. We ship to the countries listed at checkout, which can differ by item. Shipping times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is handed to the carrier, but we’ll still help if your order is lost or damaged in transit — see the Refund & Shipping Policy.
8. Show tickets
- Each ticket code admits one person and can only be used once. Keep your code private — whoever shows it first gets in.
- Venues may have their own rules, age limits, ID requirements and bag policies, and may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behavior without a refund.
- Lineups, set times and opening acts may change. If a show is canceled and not rescheduled, you’ll get a full refund of the ticket price. If it’s rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date, or you can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
- Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial promotions without our permission.
- By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos or video taken at the show, which MRG may use to promote MRG.
9. “Cara a Cara con MRG” video calls
- What it is: a private, live one-on-one video call with MRG for the length shown at checkout. The call link is sent to the phone and email you gave before the call. You need a device with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection.
- Timing: please join on time. Calls end at the scheduled end time even if you join late. If you don’t join within 10 minutes of the start time, the call counts as a no-show.
- Rescheduling and cancellations: you can ask to reschedule up to 24 hours before your call. Calls canceled by you less than 24 hours before, or missed, aren’t refundable. If MRG has to cancel or reschedule, you’ll get a new time or a full refund — your choice. If the call is cut short by a technical problem on our end, we’ll make up the time or refund you.
- Respect: keep it respectful. No nudity, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or anyone joining who wasn’t part of the booking without our OK. MRG may end a call early, without a refund, if these rules are broken.
- Recording: MRG does not record calls. You may not record, screenshot or stream the call, or post it publicly, unless MRG says yes at the start of the call. If MRG agrees, you may share it on your personal social media but not use it commercially.
- Minors: calls for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who must be present for the call.
- Not professional advice: calls are for entertainment and fan connection only — nothing said is legal, financial, music-business, medical or other professional advice, and no collaboration, deal or feature is promised.
- Calls are personal to you and may not be resold or transferred without our permission.
10. Support / tips
Tips and “Support MRG” payments are voluntary gifts to support MRG’s music. They are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, don’t buy you any goods, services, ownership or rights, and are not refundable except where an error was made (for example, a duplicate charge).
11. Emails and texts
If you join our list, you agree to get marketing emails and — if you checked the SMS box — recurring marketing texts as described in our SMS Terms. You can unsubscribe from emails any time or reply STOP to texts. Joining the list is never required to buy anything.
12. Third-party services
The Site links to and embeds services we don’t control, like Spotify, Apple Music, Stripe, Printful and social media platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we’re not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Copyright complaints
We respect others’ intellectual property. If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to mrgwingteam@gmail.com including: your contact info; the work you believe is infringed; where it appears on the Site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
14. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the Site will always be available, error-free or secure. This doesn’t limit any warranties or rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t be waived.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MRG and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or anything you bought. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the item the claim relates to, or US $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold MRG harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at mrgwingteam@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn’t resolved will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Queens County or New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction — except that either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court. If you’re a consumer living outside the U.S., you keep any protections that the laws of your country say can’t be overridden.
18. General
We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top will change. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect when you bought. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a right isn’t a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a sale of the business. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, SMS Terms and Refund & Shipping Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
